Keys For Flexibility – with Magdalena Mecweld

 

The older we get, the less we move – the stiffer we become. All yin yoga is excellent for inflexible bodies. These positions are so-called keys to making the body more flexible. If you do them daily for about 45 minutes, you will notice that your body becomes smoother. Stay in each position for at least 4 minutes. Good luck!
