Menopause Yin Yoga – with Magdalena Mecweld


Requests from my dear followers: Yin yoga for menopause. This combination “works” with exactly what we need in menopause: Stretching the abdomen, thighs, front of the body. The inside of the legs and turning the body up side down – while resting. Remember to really stay in each position for at least three minutes. Stay in legs against the wall for 5 minutes the first time and then 10 minutes the last time around. And – do nothing else, just breathe rest relax the body. End the class with savasana for at least 10 minutes. Good luck!
