Yin yoga for sensitive knees – with Magdalena Mecweld


Not always, but often, bad knees have to do with stiffness in the hip area. Therefore, it is helpful to practice mobility right there. These positions open up your hips and thus create a mobility in the knees. Stay for 2 – 5 minutes in each position. Remember to do both sides on Thread the Needle pose, shoelace and half saddle.
