Super-Hipopener-Sequence this Summer!
We brought a blanket, the Ipad with my Yinyoga-app, Mats old IPhone and took some photos of me at the lake here in Roslagen while I was performing this super-hip-opener-sequence. You can do exactly this sequence with your own Yinyoga-App! Just press the “heart” on the left of the selected position and it will be placed in your “My Sequence” -folder! The intention with my app was that anyone could have their own yoga-teacher wherever they go;). On the beach, in the garden..just anywhere! The apps price is half of the cost of one yoga class! And here you have many, many classes to choose from. I guide you with my voice so you don’t have to think about anything. Just relax! Good Luck! The app is available for Iphone and for android!
Many knee-related problems originate in rigid and immobile hips. We often hear that much emotions are places in the hips. Well, lets just agree that emotions are triggered when we perform hip opening positions. If you look at the meridians its the Liver and Gallbladder that are stimulated by these positions. The exterior of the body and the inside of the legs. Try to make this sequence the day after drinking a little more alcohol than usual, then compare it with a “clean” day. The liver takes a lot of the toxins created by alcohol and the sensations can be strong in these positions. The related emotions to Liver & Gallbladder are anger, frustration and irritation, they may surface and then be released after this sequence.
You can rest between the positions if it feels too much!
Do not forget to sit afterwards and just digest, take in.
